Parents are required to walk their children into the centre, assist them with removal of outerwear, and bring them into their classroom.
If someone other than the parent(s) and/or emergency contacts listed on a child’s enrollment form are to drop off or pick up a child from the centre, it is mandatory we receive prior written notice.
Bright Starts is open at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 5:30 p.m. Please try to be prompt and leave with your child by 5:30 p.m. as our Staff have families to attend to. If parents know they are going to be late picking up a child, they are encouraged to contact the centre as soon as possible. Late pickup fees apply (see Parent Handbook for details).
